About us
KHPT is a joint venture between Itinera and CMB, two Italian companies with experience in infrastructure, industrial, heavy civil, public, institutional, and commercial projects.
Køge Hospital Project is an expansion of the existing hospital in Køge, which will include a complete renovation and an added 185,000m2 to the original building.
When the renovation is complete, it will open to further extended special departments, along with new departments for research gathering Zealand Universities Hospital under one single roof.
Køge Hospital Project at completion will benefit the entire Zealand Region and establish itself as one of the main emergency hospitals in the area.
Job description
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be part of a dynamic team which together consolidate estimates and costs reports for our project.
You will seek to minimize the cost and risk of our construction project, enhance value for money, while always achieving the required legal standards and quality. This includes ensuring statutory building regulations are met.
You will keep continuous track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports to show profitability.
Responsibilities
- Supervise work site, including preparation of quantity measurements.
- Develop Excel tabulations.
- Revision of drawings with Auto-CAD.
- Assist in managing contracts.
- Oversee and manage subcontractors.
- Review control and budgeting.
- Manage documentation.
Skills and Knowledge
- Superuser in Excel and solid MS Office Knowledges.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and motivation to improve.
- Experience using various administrative programs.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 1- 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in construction is an advantage.
- Experience using SAP and STR Vision.
