Area: Køge Central area.
We are looking for our next steel fixer supervisor to join along on an adventure to help be part of the next major construction project in Køge. You will be working in close quarters with the project director, civil engineers, and foremen on the site to ensure a high quality product, in the field of steel fixing. ( Can be extended into carpentry if interested )
It is very important that you are responsible, even when deadlines are pushed, and you won’t compromise with the quality and safety instructions.
The hourly salary is varying depending on your skillset and experience you bring to the table.
About you:
- Speak and understand english & romanian, (Italian is a plus but not needed)
- Used to take charge, and be a front runner to lead and guide the steel fixers.
- Experience with taking charge of minor, or larger groups of construction workers to motivate them to highten the performance.
- You can both be leniant and strict when the situation calls for it.
About the job:
- Steel Fixer Supervisor
- Manage daily operations of 2 teams of romanian steel fixers
- coorporate with Civil engineers, and other site supervisors to reach the end-goal of a succesful project.
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control of the product.
- Deliver statusreports, read blue prints, know how to handle daily operations and immediate changes.
